Accuracy in labelling is crucial, especially in the hotel and cosmetics industry. Proper application of labels not only adds a professional and high-quality appearance to products, but also conveys a perceived sense of care and attention to detail to guests. Among these details, courtesy products play a key role. Etipack designed a customised labelling project to ensure accuracy and distinctiveness for a variety of hotel courtesy refill bottles. <\/strong>The labelling system was developed with the industry\u2019s need for accuracy in mind, and to accommodate special requirements in terms of versatility and precision specified by the customer, a Greek manufacturer of cosmetics and hotel supplies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The challenge: processing of different bottle formats and multiple label applications
in a single solution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Among the specifications of the project, the first requirement referred to the capacity to label cylindrical and rectangular containers of different sizes using the single solution. <\/strong>The second requirement was for the precise application of the labels considering the particular shaping of the products, which are distinguished by a protrusion<\/strong> that is necessary in order to fit them into dispensing holders. This particular conformation made it necessary to orient the bottles in a specific position to allow the labels to be applied in the exact spot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The solution: system 5\/2 modular equipped with three labelling machines, to process up to up to 5 bottle formats with various label applications.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
