Customized System 3 for horizontal wrap-around labelling
of unstable bottles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A long-established Italian company in the personal care sector turned to Etipack to develop a customized labeling solution for a new cosmetic line. The goal was to create a system tailored to specific production needs, while meeting the high standards of quality and reliability required by the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The challenge: labeling unstable containers not compatible with standard systems<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The customer needed to label cylindrical bottles of cleansing mousse<\/strong> (diameter 40 mm, in two different heights) with limited stability<\/strong>, due to both the height of the container and the particular shape of the base<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These features made it impossible to handle and label the bottles in a vertical position<\/strong> using traditional systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
