In addition, two critical requirements had to be met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Integration of variable <strong>data printing and OCV\/OCR overprint verification <\/strong>on the labels within the same production line.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring<strong> selective rejection of non-conforming products<\/strong> without slowing down production flow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div machine<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Etipack developed a customised configuration of <strong>System 1 Pharma,<\/strong> the dedicated solution for cylindrical container labelling, equipped with the Extreme 100, the company&#8217;s flagship labelling head for high-speed, high-precision applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key features of the solution:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Infeed system<\/strong> with rotary accumulation table featuring a stainless-steel platform and customised tray unloader.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Split-belt conveyor<\/strong> with dual motorisation, adjustable product guides and maximum load control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Controlled vial <strong>pre-spacing<\/strong> through two counter-rotating motorised belts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wrap-around labelling<\/strong> using a Product Rotation Device (PRD) with quick format changeovers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrated <strong>variable data printing and OCV\/OCR verification<\/strong> on the dispensing unit, with a vision system inspecting the overprint on the labels before the application, and dual UV photocells for label presence verification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u201cMultifinger\u201d rejection system:<\/strong> a linear pneumatic diverter operating on a dedicated parallel conveyor belt that gently transfers non-conforming vials, ensuring selective rejection without breakage and without interrupting production flow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:52px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" formats.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gentle and selective rejection<\/strong> without compromising container integrity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Full traceability<\/strong> through integrated
