The System 3 series is a line of customizable automatic labelling systems designed to apply self-adhesive labels, either wrap-around or semi-wrap, on unstable cylindrical or irregular-shaped products. They are set up as small, self-sufficient labelling lines that move and label the product horizontally, either off-line or connecting to other packaging machines.
Thanks to the integrated roller transport system, the products are handled horizontally during labelling, ensuring better stability and precision, even when the product geometry is complex or lacks stability.
Depending on the line configuration, the products can also be transported vertically, and thanks to an optional automated rotation system turned 90° to stabilize them and allow efficient horizontal labelling.
Versatile solutions and custom configurations
The System 3 series can be configured and customized based on specific production and labelling needs, offering various technical solutions:
- Single or multiple labelling in different positions on the product
- Handling of unstable formats using horizontal roller conveyors, continuous or intermittent motion
- Use of oversized and motorized label roll holders to increase autonomy
- Multi-head configurations with automatic switching in continuous (NON-STOP) mode
- Configurable transport system, with customizable belt in width and length, variable speed, and modular entry guides — ideal also for manual loading of products
All mechanical adjustments are designed to ensure repeatability and stability. Format changeover is managed via microprocessor with parameter memory, reducing setup times and manual intervention.
