Labelling system for Doypack

A complete and integrated system providing feeding, labelling and pre-opening of Doypack sachets.

This will increase flexibility within packaging departments, since neutral sachets can be stocked, while small quantities will be identified through a label only when it is required.

The solution is made up of:

• a feeder Whizzy 350 for feeding sachets into the system;
• 2 labellers for top/bottom label application;
• a thermal transfer unit for printing barcodes/texts /mages before labels are applied;
• a control device of printed barcode, an ejection device for non-conforming sachets;
• a proprietary device for sachets opening and a collection conveyor for labelled products.
