Labelling system for ice cream tubs

This solution provides a labelling system for the application of two pressure sensitive labels on empty tubs for ice cream; the system is equipped with an ingoing unstaking device and an outgoing stacking device in order to deliver labelled products ready to be used within the filling line.

The pneumatic unstacker device places tubs one by one on the conveyor belt, they are side-labelled as the pass by and stacked again, ready for the filling line. The labelling system is equipped with a missing label control and ejecting non conforming products.
