New Print and Apply STICK EVO 4″ for moving products

Etipack introduces the first model of the new Print Apply range, perfect for real-time printing of barcodes, images and variable data and high quality, efficient, contact and non-contact application of labels on moving products or packages.

High flexibility, precision and modularity to adapt to highly variable production requirements

Completely redesigned, the new Stick Evo 4 is more versatile, ergonomic and lighter than previous models. Distinctive features are increased performance and flexibility to support variable production needs demanded by today’s market. Among the most important innovations is the new plate housing designed to allow easy integration of thermal transfer print modules and to support label rolls up to 180×210 mm (in the 6″ version).

High-speed, high quality and autonomy printing, precise and perfect application at low power consumption

High performance is also guaranteed thanks to the new powerful thermal transfer printer with bi-processor electronics that achieves print speeds of up to 400 mm/s and high print quality (300 dpi). The printing unit offers high production autonomy thanks to the use of two reels of ribbon, up to 600 metres long, to support even the most demanding production rhythms.

Maximum precision and efficiency also in label application thanks to the new applicator pad with pneumatic cylinder designed to offer reduced air consumption when labelling the box or product in motion. Finally, the versatility of the Stick Evo 4 is also confirmed in the configuration, offering the possibility of obtaining the contact or contactless version on the same model.
