Semi-automatic label applicator for pressure-sensitive labels up to 200 mm wide
Starter is a semi-automatic label applicator for labelling bottles, jars, cylindrical or quadrangular products in general.
It is ideal for offline applications, for small labelling batches, where labelling is done by an operator.
This label applicator supports reels up to 280 mm of diameter ensuring a good autonomy in production; can be equipped with a variety of ancillary devices completing its functions, such as motorized positioners for labelling of cylindrical products, positioners for quadrangular products or customized pneumatic applicators.
Starter can be equipped with printing units (hot stamping, thermal transfer), manufactured by major companies, e.g. Etipack, NOVEXX Solutions, Markem, Sato, HSA, Wolke, for printing any type of codes, variable data or images.
Customization for empty tube labelling
tarter can be customized for the semi-automatic labeling of empty cylindrical tubes. Manual product loading and the motorized application roller ensure precise and repeatable label placement, making the machine ideal for small batches, sampling activities, and offline production runs.
