Next-generation automatic Print & Apply system for label printing and application
PTS is the sixth-generation Print & Apply system developed by EIDOS, designed to deliver maximum flexibility, reliability and speed in automatic label printing and application processes.
Thanks to a completely redesigned architecture, it combines advanced technology, modularity and ease of use in a compact solution ready for the needs of modern industry. PTS prints variable data, barcodes, logistics and traceability information directly onto the labels and applies them automatically to the product or packaging by means of different application systems.
The system is fully electric and requires no compressed air to operate the printer, reducing maintenance, energy consumption and plant complexity.
Printing performance
PTS offers high printing speeds, which vary according to the material and the printhead width.

- Up to 600 mm/s on coated paper
- Up to 500 mm/s on vellum paper
- Printing width up to 160 mm (6″ printhead)
