Our Compliance

All employees of Etipack Spa are required to comply with applicable laws and internal company regulations. To ensure compliant behaviour, we have established PID group-wide * compliance minimum requirements as well as appropriate prevention and control measures.

Whistleblower Protection Act

With the implementation of the Whistleblower Protection Act, we offer suppliers, customers, partners, and employees the opportunity to report incidents anonymously.

Code of Conduct

In addition to applicable laws, all employees of Etipack Spa are required to comply with internal company regulations. Therefore, this code of conduct has been established and applies to all employees within the POSSEHL group.

EcoVadis Sustainability Rating

As of July 2022, Etipack has been certified by EcoVadis, the world’s first and largest corporate sustainability assessment platform for business partners to share information on corporate sustainability performance.

EcoVadis’ sustainability assessment methodology is at the core of the assessments and scorecards and is an evaluation of how well a company has integrated Sustainability / CSR principles into its business and management system.

It is built on international sustainability standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative, the UN Global Compact, and ISO 26000, and covers more than 200 expenditure categories and over 160 countries.
